Religious Education
Religious education follows the Buckinghamshire agreed syllabus and is taught as a discrete weekly lesson. Each unit of work is based around a key question and many of the religious themes are supported by class and whole school daily collective worship. Our curriculum is predominantly Christion and we also learn about other major world faiths. The syllabus promotes the spiritual, moral, cultural, mental and physical development of children and therefore, by necessity, includes a multicultural dimension as well as elements of personal, social and health education. Parents have a statutory right to withdraw their children from RE.
